These podcasts provide a lot of perspective into the world of herbs that I did not know even existed! It is great that Lana continues to explore the many categories of herbal medicine and share that with anyone looking for more information! Each expert that she brings in provides their own insight, perspective, and expertise for their specific practice. If you ever wanted to learn more about herbals that expands beyond just words in a textbook, this is the place to be!! A lot of personal anecdotes help to enhance the importance of the topics discussed! Overall 5 stars, would recommend these podcasts to anyone, regardless of whether they are interested in herbals or not as these topics can help anyone!
