I’lll begin this story by sharing with you I became a pharmacist before learning about herbs.
As a majority of conventionally trained healthcare practitioners, I started my journey by exploring medical literature (especially databases) and experimenting with a variety of dietary supplements.
Over the past 15 years my approach to herbs has changed significantly. I mostly realized my initial tools served me well but it’s better and more fun to incorporate herbs into my meals and rituals. Continue reading
