Today’s episode is a continuation of the discussion that started last week with Kiki Bosch about Wim Hof Method.

Last week our focus was on cold exposure. Today we’ll spend the majority of time looking at breathwork.

To answer my questions, I’m joined by my guest Samuel Whiting.

Sam is a certified Wim Hof method instructor, yoga instructor and lifelong learner.  He empowers others to be the strongest, happiest and healthiest versions of themselves through simple and accessible practices.

Sam went from being a burnt out elite athlete, struggling with anxiety, to an inspired wellness lifestyle pioneer with laser focus, inner confidence and a fortified mind and body.

He continuously put himself through tests and challenges of taking ice baths, swimming in frozen rivers, practicing deep breathing, hiking barefoot or during the winter in just shorts, exploring the latest scientific theory on physiology and nutrition.

Sam has trained with some of the most revered yoga teachers, coaches and athletes in the world. The Wim Hof Method is the golden thread through all of his experiences and is his launching pad in the pursuit of extraordinary living.

He is a founder of We Go Activities, a company specializing inbreathwork, breathing mechanics, cold exposure, metabolic analysis, mindset training and structural alignment. Sam’s goal is to teach others the tools and techniques backed by science and tested in nature.

By the end of this episode, you’ll enjoy Sam’s philosophy and will appreciate the power of breathwork.

Topics:

  1. Samuel’s journey and how skiing, yoga and breathwork brought him to where he is today

  3. their ability to offer an incredible variety of products from herbs and spices to culinary oils, bath and body care products, essential oils and so much more.

Long ago I learned the importance of voting with my wallet, supporting companies and individuals doing an amazing work. I hope my conversation with Jennifer will inspire you to wholeheartedly support this company. Click to learn more about Mountain Rose Herbs.
